Bluetree Homes Vancouver Presale on Main Street Floor Plans and Price List!

Bluetree Homes on Main Street Vancouver Presale Condo

Bluetree Homes on Main is a new Vancouver presale condo that will be located at 4000 Main Street at the corner of East King Edward and bordered by East 24th to the north.

Bluetree Homes on Main will be a 4 story wood frame condo with 1 level of commercial of around 7 units on the ground floor as well as an underground parking garage that will be in concrete. There will also be two, two level townhouses along East 24th Avenue that should be around around 1100sf. Expect large balconies for the suites facing east on the first and second floors.

Expect 39 residential suites a in total with around 12 units per floor with approximately 6x 1 bedrooms and 6x 2 bedrooms. Greater Vancouver housing market maintains a steady spring pace

Home sale and listing activity has maintained a consistent pace on the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) in Greater Vancouver in recent months, which has helped create balanced conditions for the region’s housing market.
The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) reports that residential property sales in Greater Vancouver reached 2,799 on the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) in April 2012. This represents a 13.2 per cent decline compared to the 3,225 sales recorded in April 2011 and a decline of 2.6 per cent compared to the 2,874 sales in March 2012.
