Inhaus Development Ltd. is building quite a reputation by building sustainable homes that are high quality and affordable. It’s quite a powerful way to do business, as seen in developments like 16E (quite close to Hayden) along with Beachaus I and II down in White Rock. Watch for these guys, they are going to be huge.
Hayden Townhomes have been sketched up by Studio One Architecture. For well over 20 years, this firm has been quietly amassing one of the best portfolios in town, with Seascapes in West Van, The 10th Avenue in Kits and even major projects out at YVR.

The move to these micro-units can be found in Ottawa and Toronto, as well. It allows young, entry-level buyers to get into the market in areas they want to live, close to their jobs and the urban convenience they desire.
If approved, 902 Davie will be Reliance’s third micro-condo project, and second in Vancouver, with 30 units already renting at Hasting Street’s Burns Block. It also owns The janion in Victoria.

The project hasn’t been formally approved yet, so no prices have been released. Similar suites in Toronto started at $249,900.
