The Circadian Group is the driving force behind this ambitious project. This real estate development company is involved in land acquisition, concept planning, construction, project marketing and asset management. They are the brains behind The Terraces on 7th and the new King Edward Green, both in in Vancouver.
For plans, they hired Gair Williamson Architects. With a modern, clean design ethos, this firm has made a huge impact on Vancouver’s architectural scene. Their work is everywhere, from Paris Block in Gastown to Little Mountain near Queen E. Park.
