The British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) predicts the current market rebound will last into 2014.
Personally I shy away from market predictions (If mine were accurate, I would be on my private island and wouldn’t be typing this), this is interesting nonetheless. I would love to hear your thoughts in a comment below.
