Final details have not yet been announced, however, there will be a two-storey amenity building.

Parking and Storage
There will be 127 parking stalls in three levels of underground, including 12 visitor stalls, two of which are handicap. There will also be 70 bicycle stalls. A further 25 street parking stalls will be available on Bellevue Avenue and 23rd Street.

Maintenance Fees at Bellevue
With this development currently in pre-construction, fees have yet to be announced.
