Floor Plans for Belpark
Although approved floor plans have not been released, the current development plan offers 38 1-bedroom homes and 116 2+-bedroom residences. These are housed in one 5-storey and two 6-storey mid-rise buildings configured in a horseshoe orientation around a central courtyard with lush landscaping and prominent water features.

Amenities at Belpark
Anticipated shared amenities include public art, a lounge, wine room, concierge, games/pool room with a mahjong/poker table, a gym with TRX bar, and a kitchenette with a dining room.

Parking and Storage
Current Belpark plans call for 171 regular vehicle parking stalls, 44 small car spots, and seven disability spaces in two levels of underground. Secure bicycle storage is also available with a generous 308 lockers to be provided.
