It’s the latest development in Vancouver’s rapidly expanding South False Creek area and will be one of the city’s greenest developments yet. Live at West will start with a 6-story podium attached to a 15 level tower, and be followed by another two towers and an additional podium should market interest be strong.
Phase 1 is slated for completion in February 2014
The Presale purchase deposit on this property is 15% in total with an initial deposit of 5% upon an accepted offer and two further deposits of 5%, 3 months and 9 months after the accepted offer.
