Presale Deposits for Modern Condo Development

Presale deposits for Modern have been set at 20%. The deposit structure for Modern presale condo is as follows:

An initial deposit of 10% is required upon acceptance of an offer with an
additional 5% due on March 1, 2013. A final 5% is due on December 1st, 2013.

Expected completion date for the West End’s Newest Development, Modern

The tentative completion date for this new West End Presale Condo is estimated for May 2014.

Parking & Storage

All units come with a secure storage locker and one parking space. No word yet on whether additional spots can be purchased.

Amenities at Modern
