How big is the one bedroom?
Hi Wei,
Good to hear from you.
The 1 bedrooms at Opsal Steel start around 500sf.
What size are looking for?
Speak soon,
Mike Stewart
Their seem to have several projects being constructed now. Such as, Maynards Block, James, Pinnacle Living,Village and Opsal Steel. Is there a posiable to hold a 2 bed room Condo within 500,000 dollars and also have a view of False creek? Which project do you like best? When will these Condoes be finished? Thanks.
Hi Oriko,
Good to hear from you and thank you very much for taking the time to comment!
It really depends on how big of a view of False Creek you’re looking for.
If you want a panoramic and unobstructed view of the water from your two bedroom suite in the area, its unfortunately going to cost a lot more.
The good news is for $500K there are several good options with great views of the creek and as these projects complete, there will be even more great options.
I like all of these projects, but for different reasons for different buyers.
I’d like to speak to you more about this and I’m optimistic I can help you find what you’re looking for in the area.
Most of the condos that are presently pre-selling in South East False Creek are scheduled to complete between later this year and 2015.
What are your thoughts?
Thanks for your kind reply.
I prefer to Opsal Steel project. Because it is the tallest among these buildings. It may have better view of the creek. Could you please send me a floor plan and the price of this project? Also, is there any shopping center, child care center and park nearby? How far is it from the train station? Looking forward to your reply.
Hi, another question. What is the square and price of the image picture in the article of Interior Fininshings? Thanks.
