Wall Centre False Creek is a new Vancouver Presale condo development in Southeast False Creek near the Olympic Village. This 17 story two phase development is scheduled to be completed in 2013. The addresses for the two towers of phase 1 will be 1708 Columbia Street and 168 West 1st Avenue. The location in South East False Creek is 2 blocks to the Seawall and steps to a new Urban Fare and London Drugs scheduled to open soon.
Wall Financial has priced the first phase of Wall Centre False Creek very aggressively to get the first phase sold to get the resources needed to develop phase 2.
120 suites at Wall Centre False Creek are priced under $350,000 and these consist of 1 bedroom (500-550sf) and and junior 1 bedroom suites (under 500sf). All the suites at the time of writing will include parking and most have a balcony. External storage lockers at Wall Centre are an extra charge ranging from $3000 to $5000 depending on the location of the external storage lockers. Remember HST is payable on presale condos at Wall Centre False Creek.
There will be a dark and a light colour scheme that will share dark laminate flooring. All the suites will come with (absolutely gorgeous) granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, Viking ranges and microwaves, and LG refrigerators.
HST is payable on these suites at the time of completion in 2013, but there is a BC government rebate for both owner occupiers and investors who intend to rent the suites out.
