Amenities at Kira
An indoor amenity space is located in a connecting structure that joins the development’s two buildings and is the main point of entry. Indoor amenities include lounges, a reading room, a meditation room, a lounge/dining room with kitchenette, and a gym. Outdoor amenities consist of a courtyard with central fireplace, a children’s play area, a community garden, and a rooftop lounge.

Parking and Storage
Vehicle parking will be contained in an underground parkade consisting of 147 residential and 23 visitor stalls. Of the residential spaces, 25% will be equipped with outlets for electric vehicle charging, while the remainder will be roughed in for future activation. There will also be 147 residential long-term bicycle spaces, while 12 short-term spaces will be available in racks at grade.
