Parking and Lockers

999 Seymour have 90 Parking Stalls spread over 5 levels and 81 Lockers the Penthouses will get 2 parking stalls. If parking is not required with a suite it is possible to get a 20K adjustment upon completion. Lockers are in limited supply and are $5000 each. All of the studio studios have no parking as well as northeast facing 1 bedrooms and south facing 1 bedrooms below the 12th floor. There is no parking available to purchase at 999 Seymour. All condos get 1 year Zipcar membership. 50+ suites do not get parking (studios and some 1 bedrooms) and studio’s and one bedrooms from 5 to 12 got a $500 gift certificate from Pacific Bikes.

Some parking stalls have plug-ins for electric vehicles and bicycles and the building has out-of-suite storage lockers and secured bicycle storage areas as well as dedicated visitor parking. There is a bicycle, scooter and dog wash station
