Basecamp, an 8,956-sq-ft state-of-the-art amenity centre, will offer a lounge, flexible workspace, conference room, yoga room, bike/pet wash station, and an outdoor barbeque area exclusively to Redbridge homeowners.

As part of the development, improved connections to downtown Squamish, the Upper Mamquam Blind Channel, and Smoke Bluffs Park will be constructed, including a pedestrian bridge across the Mamquam River, a new waterfront walkway/cycling route, greater connectivity to the Valleycliffe Trail Network, and a paddleboard/kayak launch.
