Amenities at Atmosphere
A key feature of the proposed design is an interconnected ground level that includes an open air plaza toward the centre of the site and a partially-covered pedestrian mews connecting a new north-south road and No. 3 Road. A private common outdoor amenity space is proposed for both the commercial and residential uses on the upper levels of the internal courtyard. Further amenity details are forthcoming.

Parking and Storage
Three levels of underground will provide a combined total of 1,161 vehicle parking spaces for both commercial and residential uses, including 547 residential, 91 visitor, and four car share stalls. All residential parking spaces are to be provided with an energized outlet for electrical vehicle charging. Bicycle storage will accommodate 1,081 bikes underground. An additional 120 stalls for visitors will be available at grade in racks distributed throughout the property. In addition, each residential building will include a bike maintenance station. Loading space is provided for by two large size truck spaces and seven medium-size truck spaces at grade.
