Coal Harbour condo living. Coal Harbour is bordered by Denman Street at the north, Georgia Street on the west, Burrard Street on the south and the Vancouver harbour to the east. This neighbourhood’s busy harbour has a float plane terminal, Convention Centre and Cruise Ship Terminal. Stanley Park on the north side and Vancouver’s financial district on the south side. Across from Deadman’s Island and where the harbour opens up to the Burrard Inlet. Coal was discovered in the harbour in 1862 hence the name.
