Amenities at Creston
A residential amenity room, including a communal kitchen and seating area, is located on the ground floor of the building, opening onto a shared patio space and amenity garden in the courtyard.

Parking and Storage
Creston will provide 87 vehicle stalls in two levels of underground parking, of which six are for visitors, 10 are commercial, and six are handicapped. Secure bicycle parking will be available in 91 stalls, including 25 vertical spaces, 21 lockers, 12 short-term stalls, and two commercial spaces.
