Kitchens use Carrara marble–inspired countertops and backsplashes, paired with high-gloss acrylic or wood-veneer upper cabinetry. Select homes include built-in wine cabinets. Appliance packages use European brands such as Blomberg and Fulgor Milano, including a counter-depth refrigerator, dishwasher, convection oven, and induction cooktop. A Panasonic microwave with trim kit, under-mount stainless-steel sink, polished chrome faucet, and LED under-cabinet lighting complete the kitchen specification.

Bathrooms follow the same design language with Carrara-inspired vanities, wood-veneer cabinetry, frameless glass showers, and Grohe or Kohler fixtures. Italian porcelain tile is used extensively. Select homes offer radiant under-vanity lighting and deep-profile bathtubs with 8″ × 20″ tile surrounds.

Epic at West benefits from access to the broader West development’s amenities, including an 8,500 sq. ft. fitness facility, a rooftop patio with communal planters, an outdoor BBQ area, a clubhouse with kitchen and media room, a dog spa and wash room, and visitor parking.
