Unrivalled Sophistication and Elegance
Award-winning Zeidler Architecture and Vineyard Developments have teamed up to create 450 Parc, a one-of-a-kind architectural masterpiece in Kelowna’s South Pandosy. This unique concrete lowrise is reminiscent of the old warehouses in New York’s SoHo and Tribeca neighbourhoods. It offers an exclusive collection of just 20 bespoke condominiums that are designed to feel like a single-family home. Two elevators with two separate entrances mean you share a lobby and elevator with only nine other homes. The residences have an average of 1,700 sq ft of indoor living space. Two spacious patios extend living outdoors up to an additional 1,617 sq ft.
The South Pandosy district is Kelowna’s prime location for an urban, walkable lifestyle. Restaurants, cafes, pubs, boutique shops, and grocery stores ensure everything you need is a stroll or bike ride away. Just steps away are the shimmering beaches of Lake Okanagan. Take an evening stroll along its serene shores and watch the breathtaking sunset over the picturesque mountains. Only a short walk away is Kelowna’s thriving downtown, which hosts plentiful waterfront dining favorites and a meandering boardwalk connecting two beautiful marinas. From the Cultural District to hiking, biking, cross-country trails, and beautiful gardens, Kelowna’s diversity and beauty is like no other place in the Okanagan.
