65 New Norquay Village Homes Planned Next to Purdys

Tria Homes have proposed to redevelop three single-family residences at 5056-5076 Earles Street into a 4-storey, multi-family development with two levels of underground parking. A 4-storey L-shaped building will face Earles and the west lane across from Purdys Chocolatier, while a 4-storey stacked townhome building is to be located on the southeast corner of the site. A generous courtyard at the centre will separate the two buildings. The neighbouring site to the east also has the potential to be redeveloped into a 4-storey, multi-family building.

Located just off the commercial area of Kingsway, near the 29th Avenue SkyTrain station, and close to the Vanness Avenue bikeway, 5056 Earles earns high walk, bike, and transit scores. Nearby Norquay park features a basketball court, playground, rain garden, soccer field, softball diamonds, and jogging path. It’s just a 5-minute walk to John Norquay Elementary School. Going further afield, choose from three different bus routes at stops a block away. Or by SkyTrain, it’s just 5 minutes to Metrotown or 15 minutes to Vancouver City Centre.

Developer Team for 5056 Earles
Living close together let us freely exchange ideas and helped us evolve as a society. With the introduction of the automobile, we started building our homes in the suburbs, leaving city life behind. Now, with rising fuel costs, longer commutes, and resulting damage to the environment, modern city living is making a comeback. Tria Homes is giving young people space to raise their families and giving seniors a comfortable place to live in the neighbourhoods of their youth. They’re helping make cities more vibrant, more livable.

Ankenman Marchand Architects is experienced in a broad spectrum of architectural, urban design, and community planning projects, including multi-residential developments, commercial projects, heritage restoration, and resort planning.
