    How Much Will Condos Cost at 6th & Fir?

    Small suites with view under the Granville Street Bridge will be starting from $309900 whereas suites with views above the bridge level will be considerably more expensive. (See Price List Below)

    From the 2nd to 15th level there will be one bedroom suites down the middle of the building and two bedroom suites on the corners. From the 16th level and up all the suites will be three bedrooms. (See Floor Plans Below)

    What will the Views be at 6th & Fir?

    The Southwest exposure suites above the 6th floor and up bldg will have great views of English Bay, UBC, Kits, the North Shore Mountains, Bowen Island, and West Van. Suites below the 6th floor will have City views.


    6th and Fir requires a 25% over the first year with 10% upon acceptance of an offer.

    Interior Finishings?

    Air Conditioning! Each individual suite at 6th and Fir will have its own Air Conditioning unit. Expect wood veneer engineered bamboo floors and two colour schemes: the darker is Applewood and the lighter is Pear Wood. For kitchen appliances these suites will feature a Miele oven, Panasonic microwave (Upper floor 3 bedrooms will have a larger cook top, Sub Zero fridge, and under counter wine cooler) and Corian counter tops. Floor to ceiling windows throughout will bring in lots of natural light and highlight the great views.

    Who is the Developer and Architect of 6th & Fir?

    Westbank, the Developer has a great reputation with such successful projects as Woodwards, Shaw Tower, Fairmont Pacific Rim, and 700 West 8th among others. The architect Henriquez Partners Architects in charge of designing this “boutique high rise concept” project also have a great track record.

    When will 6th & Fir be Completed?

    Expect for a tentative completion in February 2013.

    Amenities and Maintenance Fees?

    For amenities 6th and Fir will have 5 year memberships at Y Yoga as well as the gym at y yoga which is exclusive to residents as well as dry sauna. There will be no concierge or meeting/party room. Expect $.40/sf maintenance fees.

    Parking and Lockers?

    All suites at 6th and Fir come with parking except for the one bedroom garden view suites. Extra parking is available for an additional $45,000 and there are no external storage lockers with all in suite storage. The 3 larger 1089sf combo suites will have 2 parking.
