    GBL Architects have submitted a development application to the City of Vancouver on behalf of Canada Han Tang Investment to redevelop the property at 7807 Cambie Street. The proposal calls for four townhomes facing 62nd Avenue and 24 condominiums from one to three bedrooms, built over two levels of underground parking. Homes range in size from 536 – 1,387 sq ft.

    This Cambie Corridor location is conveniently situated near the Marine Drive Canada Line station, giving residents quick access to YVR, Richmond Centre, and Downtown Vancouver. Take care of daily necessities, such as banking and grocery shopping, down the street at Marine Gateway. Best Buy, Canadian Tire, Marshalls, and Sport Check are only four blocks east on Marine Drive. Parents will also appreciate community amenities at Winona Park, Marpole Oakridge Community Centre, and the Langara Family YMCA to keep their kids active and healthy.
