Baden Park is a picturesque 6.25-acre master-planned community by Anthem Properties. Coming soon to North Vancouver’s Seymour neighbourhood, it will consist of a 6-storey strata building, 4-storey stacked townhome structures, 3-storey townhouses, and a 6-storey apartment building. Yew is a 6-storey woodframe condominium building in Site 1 that will be the first phase of construction. Of the 119 strata units, 15 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom condos will be offered in a rent-to-own program. The unit mix for Yew is:

  • 36 x 1-bedroom
  • 61 x 2-bedroom
  • 22 x 3-bedroom

Seymour at Baden Park will be the second phase which will consist of 29 two-bedroom and 73 three-bedroom townhomes. This will be distributed between six 4-storey stacked townhouse buildings and one 3-storey building in Site 2.

In a future phase in Site 3, Cove at Baden Park will consist of 31 townhomes in six 3-storey woodframe buildings. Unlike the Seymour homes, each Cove residence will have its own ground level garage. The unit mix is:

Amenities at Baden Park

The Yew condominium building is designed in a U shape around a courtyard that includes a children’s play area. Residents will also have shared use of a 700-sq-ft, ground floor multi-function room and an outdoor terrace on the top floor. Between the Seymour townhome buildings are three landscaped courtyards designed as family-oriented spaces for socializing and informal outdoor play. There will also be a neighbourhood coffee shop with an outdoor patio located on the ground floor of the Cypress apartment building.

Parking and Storage
Parking for Yew and Seymour residents will be provided in two underground parkades. These will include space for 217 storage lockers, 728 bicycles, and 552 vehicles, including 67 visitor and 23 accessible stalls. Of these, 20% of the parking spaces will be EV-ready. The parkades will also feature car/bike wash stations and bike repair rooms with tools, workbenches, and built-in air compressors.

Baden Park will also employ traffic demand management measures. Those being considered include subsidized transit passes, six shared e-bikes managed by an online booking system, three Modo carshare vehicles supported for a minimum of three years, and an on-demand transit service pilot project with Translink and Modo to provide better connectivity to the Phibbs Exchange.
