New West Cambie Mixed-Use Development Proposed for Odlin & Dubbert
GBL Architects have submitted a development application on behalf of the property owner to build three modern-style, low-rise buildings, of which one is for commercial retail and office use, while the other two are dedicated residential buildings. Located on Odlin Road, opposite Polygon’s Berkeley House project, all three buildings will be constructed on top of a common parkade.
The 4-storey commercial building will face Garden City Road. The larger of the two residential buildings will be five storeys along Odlin Road and four to five storeys along Dubbert Street. The smaller residential building will have five storeys facing Dubbert Street. A total of 174 residential units will be built including nine affordable housing units, 15 modest market rent controlled units, and 17 market rental units.
