Expect a Gym, Yoga room, Pool Table, a lounge with bar kitchen, dining area, and flat screen TV as well as a Meeting Room and Outdoor terrace with open fireplace and BBQ. Maintenance fees are tentatively set at $.37/sf. The Retail and Office units will subsidize the amenities.
Parking and Lockers
999 Seymour will have 90 Parking Stalls spread over 5 levels and 81 Lockers the Penthouses will get 2 parking stalls. If parking is not required with a suite it is possible to get a 20K adjustment upon completion. Lockers are in limited supply and are $5000 each. All of the studio studios will have no parking as well as northeast facing 1 bedrooms and south facing 1 bedrooms below the 12th floor. There is no parking available to purchase at 999 Seymour. All condos get 1 year Zipcar membership. 50+ suites do not get parking (studios and some 1 bedrooms) and studio’s and one bedrooms from 5 to 12 will get a $500 gift certificate from Pacific Bikes.
