Amenities at Aqua
Aqua’s 1.2-acre waterfront will include a public promenade as part of the city’s linear park plan to connect Rotary Beach Park to the Mission Creek Greenway. Details on building-specific amenities are forthcoming.
Aqua residents will also have select priority opportunities to purchase a membership to the Aqua Boat Club. Whether or not you are a boat owner, you’ll enjoy more time on the water with Aqua’s valet, storage, mechanical, and boat sharing services. Valet offerings for boat owners include long- and short-term dry rack storage, detailing, summerization, winterization, and scheduled launch & retrieval service via Aqua’s smartphone app.
Alternatively, you can forego the costs of boat ownership with an Aqua boat sharing membership. Use the Boat Cloud booking app to reserve any of seven top-of-the-line boats. The 2021 fleet includes a Cobalt CS23, Cobalt R5, and Mastercraft XT23. Maximum seating capacity ranges from 10 to 18 people.
All Aqua Boat Club members also enjoy valet car parking, discounted fuel, and a free bag of ice with every launch. Membership is extremely limited to ensure you can access the boat you want, when you want it. Those interested in membership are advised to a contact me today to confirm availability.
Parking and Storage
A four-level parking podium will provide storage for 233 bicycles and 643 vehicles, of which 527 are for residents and 47 are for visitors. Short-term racks for visitors will accommodate 32 bicycles. The Aqua Boat Club has a 4-storey storage facility for 183 boats.
