Coming soon to Penticton’s Main Street North neighbourhood, Asento Okanagan is a new condominium development from Alinea Homes. This 6-storey residential building is constructed over one level of parking for 39 vehicles. With floor plans ranging from 1-bedroom suites to 3-bedroom penthouses, these 30 resort-inspired residences feature large, sheltered balconies on which to enjoy the Okanagan’s legendary sunshine, starting your day with a relaxed continental breakfast to enjoying the sunset with a bottle of local wine. For larger get-togethers, Asento offers residents shared use of a common room with an adjoining patio.
Located just a short walk from Okanagan Lake Beach, soak in the sunshine on its soft sands or take to the fresh sparking water for a refreshing swim or an invigorating paddle. You’re also steps to Downtown’s cafés, craft breweries, and restaurants when you prefer to go out and socialize. Seis Cielo Coffee Roasters is the perfect source for the best single-origin beans. Only a block away, Neighbourhood Brewing is right in your ‘hood — convenient for a pint before dinner or to fill a growler for when guests come over. Dining options range from Pizzeria Tratto Napoletana, Tacos del Norte, and Polish Bistro for more casual fare, to the more upscale Hooded Merganser and The Cellar Wine Bar and Kitchen. For leisure and recreation, Penticton Community Centre, Cleland Community Theatre, Penticton Memorial Arena, and South Okanagan Events Centre are only 10 minutes by foot. For golfers, Penticton Golf & Country Club is also nearby, on the south side of Eckhardt Avenue. Each day, every day, live the seasons at Asento.
