Amenities at Barclay Tower

A shared outdoor amenity space will be available for all of the building’s residents. The southeast corner of the property will feature a public plaza.

Parking and Storage
An underground parkade with 11 levels will provide space for 579 bicycles, 413 storage lockers, and stalls for 357 vehicle, of which 33 are accessible and 18 are for visitors. At ground level, short-term racks will be provided for 20 bicycles.
