    Listraor to Build 36 Courtyard Townhomes for Oak Street

    Listraor Group and Baldwin Architecture are proposing to redevelop five single-family lots, at Oak Street and West 52nd Avenue, into 36 non-stacked, townhouse row homes surrounding a central courtyard. The townhomes have two or three bedrooms and all, except one, have three storeys. The unit located above the ramp to the parkade is unique in that it has two storeys and a roof deck.

    Boden boasts a desirable Westside location for families, with David Lord Elementary and Sir Winston Churchill Secondary schools just a short walk away. Oak Park — with its grass playing fields, tennis courts, baseball diamond, and walking trails — and Marpole Oakridge Community Centre are only 10 minutes away. For a wide variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, nearby Oakridge Centre will offer 1 million sq ft of retail space, a 100,000-sq-ft community centre, 10 acres of new urban parks, and a 3,000-seat music venue when its renovation is completed in 2024.
