Building Seven is the tallest of four residential buildings within the Brewery District that step up in height from south to north. A total of 225 condominiums are proposed for this 32-storey high-rise, ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes. A five-storey podium will contain a mix of office and retail space, a daycare, and office and residential amenities. A pedestrian-oriented transit plaza will also be constructed that will provide an enhanced entry to Sapperton Station.
