Dimex Group has applied to the City to redevelop a single-storey building constructed in 1942 at the corner of Harwood and Nicola streets. Called By the Bay, the new structure will be a 6-storey mid-rise built to Passive House standards with designs from Cornerstone Architecture. Three replacement rental suites and a resident amenity space will occupy the ground floor. The remaining units will be sold as market strata condominiums.
