Where It All Comes Together

Camden Square is a new collection of 128 condominiums by Westmark Development Group. The 5-storey woodframe building is constructed above a half-sunken, single-level concrete parking garage for 171 vehicles and 166 bicycles. The exterior presents a contemporary architectural style, characterized by strong horizontal floor and roof lines that contrast with the vertical visual rhythm expressed by stacked balconies. A diversity of floor plan choices range from 1- to 3-bedroom suites, with a selection of Basic Universal Housing and affordable housing options. Homeowner amenities include a multi-purpose room, a fitness studio, study lounges, and an extensive landscaped courtyard on the parkade roof.

With a West Cambie location that’s very bikeable and near frequent transit routes on Cambie Road and Garden City Road, residents will appreciate the opportunity to enjoy healthier, car-free living. From Colorful World Montessori to Kwantlen Polytechnic University, a range of educational opportunities are within a 10-minute cycling radius. Dog-friendly Alexandra Neighbourhood Park offers a break from your routine with its basketball court, ping pong tables, and playground. A more scenic destination for joggers, dog walkers, and cyclists is the Middle Arm Waterfront Greenway where you can enjoy vibrant sunsets or observe the aircraft activity at YVR. Be spoiled for choice with numerous shopping options at Aberdeen Centre, Walmart, Lansdowne Centre, Costco, and the No. 3 Road corridor. Alternatively, skip the dishes for dining out at Richmond’s famed Food Street. At Camden Square, everything you’re looking for in modern living converges into one.
