Created with Form and Function
Central Living is the latest project from Manse Group Developments, coming soon to Surrey City Centre. It consists of 228 condominiums in three woodframe mid-rise buildings, built over two levels of underground parking. Floor plans will range from studios to 3-bedrooms. Resident amenities include a large central courtyard with an open lawn, children’s play area, and al fresco dining space; meeting rooms; party rooms; a gym; and a variety of rooftop common areas.
Central Living lives up to its name. Just down the street, Holland Park offers a landscaped oasis where you can enjoy a picnic at one of the many community events. Neighbouring Central City Shopping Centre offers 140 retailers — including Walmart, T&T, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Central City Brewing — as well as the Surrey campus of Simon Fraser University. Whether commuting to work, joining friends for a night on the town heading, or heading to a Canucks game, both King George and Surrey Central stations are only a 10-minute walk away, from where it’s a quick 40 minutes to downtown Vancouver by SkyTrain.
