New Joyce-Collingwood Station Precinct Condo Proposal

Nexst Properties and dys architecture are proposing to build on a five-lot land assembly near Joyce-Collingwood Station. Clive at Collingwood will consist of a 6-storey residential building fronting Vanness Avenue and separate 3-storey townhomes facing Clive Avenue to the south. The 63 condominiums will range in size from studios to 3 bedrooms. Three of the townhomes will have 3 bedrooms, while one has 2 bedrooms + den and the remaining has 1 bedroom + den.
