Coming to Maple Ridge in the summer of 2022, Crest is the first phase of the new 70-acre Kanaka Springs master-planned community by Epic Homes. Homes facing 112 Avenue and 252 Street have a detached 2-car garage accessed by a rear lane. All other homes have attached 2-car garages. The amount of storage space will vary, depending on whether or not the basement is finished.
