Floor Plans for Crest Lane
Crest Lane’s 34 rowhouse townhomes are divided between five 3-storey buildings with six to seven units per structure. With interiors from 1,471 – 1,843 sq ft, the 3- & 4-bedroom floor plans offer a selection of seven different layouts.
Ranging from 557 – 971 sq ft, the condominiums offer a choice of nine floorplans with the following unit mix:
- 40 x 1-bedroom from 557 – 647 sq ft
- 23 x 2-bedroom from 723 – 874 sq ft
- 4 x 971-sq-ft 3-bedroom
On the ground floor of the mid-rise are also eleven 2-bedroom townhomes with a choice of four 2-level floorplans from 1,169 – 1,217 sq ft.

Amenities at Crest Lane
Condominium residents will have shared use of an exercise room, meeting room, and a lounge with a kitchen on the second floor. Both the lounge and meeting room have direct access to an adjacent patio that features tables and chairs. Two plazas with benches will be located at either end of the building.
Townhouse homeowners will have use of a central, 2-storey amenity building at the eastern end of Building 4. It offers a ground floor lounge with a kitchen and bathroom. On the second floor is a multi-function room with a bathroom. An adjacent landscaped space offers a children’s play area with a play structure and a social space with seating.
Parking and Storage
Parking for condominium building residents will be provided in a 3-level garage with parking for 104 vehicles, including 2 accessible spaces. Nine visitor stalls are located at ground level, with the remaining parking stalls underground. There are also 99 lockers which can be used for bicycles.
Each townhome has a private 2-car garage at grade. Of these, 27 have a double-wide configuration, while seven have a tandem layout. Seven uncovered townhome visitor parking stalls are mostly located at the western end of the property, next to buildings 2 & 4.
