    Amenities at Davie & Nicola
    A significant water feature surrounds the tower lobby at the southwest portion of the property. When entering from Nicola Street, residents and visitors walk over slotted concrete slabs with water flowing beneath, leading to the lobby entry which is recessed from the main building façade to provide weather protection. Along Davie, there is a waterfall wall comprised of reclaimed stone found onsite. A market suite amenity room and roof terrace is located on the fifth floor, over the east podium.
