Designed by Chilliwack-based Station One Architects, the exterior design features alternating roof slopes and undulating walls with bold, contrasting colours to visually reduce the massing. Corners are emphasized with more windows.
Fenway’s 209 condominiums present a selection of 14 unit types, ranging from more affordable 1-bedroom residences to family-sized 3-bedroom suites.
Over 9,000 sq ft of homeowner amenities include a large raised courtyard with a children’s play area, social spaces, and garden planters. A rooftop terrace has a community garden, an al fresco dining area, and outdoor lounges.
