The upper portion of the property will be connected to the neighbhouring Legacy Sports Park with two trails, while ski jumps, a shelter, and a multi-use path will also be contributed to the park.

Each duplex unit will have an internal 2-car garage, while townhome parking will consist of a parking apron with 2 spaces. Expected Completion for Finch Drive

Finch Drive is to be completed in five phases. Phase 1 — The Madden duplexes — is expected to be ready for occupancy in 2024.
