Amenities at Fleetwood Village Condos
Building 1 will feature an indoor amenity with a yoga studio, fitness space, social room, kitchenette, music room, arts and crafts area, co-working space, and an adjoining patio. In addition, there will be a large village green with an open lawn, landscaped walking paths, benches, community garden, children’s play area, a trellis patio, and an outdoor lounge.

The remaining buildings will share two 6,000-sq-ft indoor amenity spaces that include a meeting room, games room, kitchen / dining area, fireside lounge, a gym, yoga studio, music rooms, dog wash area, and an adjoining patio. Between the buildings will be 30,000 sq ft of landscaped outdoor amenities, consisting of two village greens, a putting green, tetris community gardens, children’s climbing equipment, ping pong table, checkers board, benches, and tables and chairs.

In addition, the Fleetwood Village community will have a daycare with its own playground and a 1-acre public park.

Parking and Storage
All parking and storage will be located within two 2-level underground parkades, one for Building 1 and a second with parking consolidated for the remaining six buildings. There will be space for 1,013 bicycles and stalls for 820 vehicles, of which 81 are for visitors and 18 are accessible.
