What are the Amenities at Gardena?
For Tower 1 on the north side of the property, indoor amenities are located on levels Bl, 2, and 3. These include a bike repair room, gym, yoga room, barre studio, movie room, party/flex rooms with full kitchen, a social lounge, work lounge, and meeting spaces. Outdoor amenity spaces are located on levels 2, 3, 4, and the tower rooftop. These feature a children’s play area, spa with hot/cold baths, outdoor kitchen with a grill, lounge areas with fire pits, and urban agriculture planters.
For residents of Tower 2 in the south site, indoor amenity spaces are located on levels Bl and 2.
