Polygon homes will redevelop the former Garibaldi Springs Golf Course into four residential communities, parkland, and an ecological reserve.

An Enduring Connection to the Land

Located just off the Sea-to-Sky Highway, Garibaldi Springs is a new master-planned community of 310 homes that will be constructed by Polygon Homes on the former Garibaldi Springs Golf Course in Squamish. Four distinct residential communities with a mix of cottages, duplexes, and townhomes will be developed on the former golf course fairways in four phases. Select homes will be adaptable, include a lock-off suite, or made available for affordable housing. The existing clubhouse will be zoned for commercial use and include a new daycare facility.

As part of the golf course redevelopment, most of the Garibaldi Springs private lands will be transformed into a 90-acre public ecological reserve and 3 acres of public parkland that are to be connected to the residential areas and existing pathways by a 3-kilometre trail network. This outstanding contribution of community amenities will further enhance the exceptional outdoor activities available in Squamish to both residents and visitors.
