Darwin Construction, in partnership with The City of North Vancouver, will redevelop the Harry Jerome Neighbourhood Lands, a 24-acre site at Lonsdale Avenue and 23rd Street East. Darwin purchased the site on a 99-year leasehold basis. Proceeds from the lease will allow The City to fund construction of a new Harry Jerome Recreation Centre across the street on the north side of 23rd Street.

The Lands have been designed to be a complete community, providing a range of housing types, commercial space, community services, and significant public areas, including an enhanced, 1-hectare public park along Lonsdale Avenue. The project includes one 30-storey and one 26-storey residential tower, and four mid-rise buildings of either five or six storeys, providing approximately 800 new homes. A grocery store and restaurant are expected to be part of the neighbourhood-focused commercial tenants, while office tenants will include health services.
