Founded in 1931, British Pacific Properties has a long history with deep roots in West Vancouver. Today, British Pacific Properties is synonymous with exceptional quality and utmost respect for the natural environment—two hallmarks of the brand that guide the development of every new landmark, home and community.

Ramsay Worden Architects have been active since 1989. They have a wide range of experience, including projects for public institutions, as well as for private developers, new construction, and renovation. The firm has developed a reputation for innovative design both in well-established contexts and in the creation of new communities. Two of their more recent projects that we’ve presented to you are Belpark and Cambria Park.

Saunders Architecture has been chosen to design a 3-storey amenity building. The firm was founded by the Canadian architect Todd Saunders in 1998. Saunders has lived and worked in Bergen since 1996, following his studies at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in Halifax and McGill University in Montreal. Bringing together dynamic building and material experimentation with traditional methods of craft, Saunders Architecture has worked on cultural and residential projects right across Norway, as well as England, Denmark, Italy, Sweden, and Canada.

Established in 1996, BattersbyHowat Architects is a partnership between David Battersby and Heather Howat. The office is conceived as a collaborative studio endeavour, and pursues an architectural expression that embodies a spirit of contemporary living that is modest and without pretense. With offices in both Vancouver and Edmonton, their team of 14 members includes registered architects, architectural designers, interior designers, and landscape designers. Their award-winning work has included multi-family residences, private residences in both urban and rural locations, gardens, art galleries, showrooms, office interiors, and custom furniture.
