A Tribute to Jericho Character
Heritage Point Grey is a boutique collection of six Craftsman-inspired residences by Formwerks Architectural. It consists of three duplexes that include the California Arts & Crafts-style bungalow which Vancouver architect, William A. Doctor, designed and built for his family in 1912. This heritage home will be relocated here, revitalized, and converted into a duplex. Two complementary duplexes, with correlating classic architectural expressions, will be constructed on the property. These 2-bedroom + den and 3-bedroom luxury homes feature breathtaking mountain, ocean, and city views; private outdoor patios, porches, and balconies; and the option to add an elevator.
Situated in Vancouver’s prestigious West Point Grey neighbourhood, homeowners can head to nearby Jericho Beach and Spanish Banks for a leisurely walk or afternoon sailing excursion to witness the most spectacular sunsets. Also within walking distance, you’ll find tennis courts, lawn bowling, disc golf, volleyball courts, picnic areas, sailing, and kayaking. Everyday essentials — from groceries to banking, boutiques to services — can be found minutes away along West 4th Avenue. UBC is just minutes away with the outstanding Museum of Anthropology, Nitobe Memorial Garden, Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, botanical garden, and UBC Farm farmers market. Experience upscale and refined shopping on or take a break at any of the numerous cafes and restaurants along the way.

Heritage Point Grey Interiors
From floor to ceiling, no expense has been spared in order to deliver an impeccable interior experience.
Clean and bright materials were selected for these living spaces, with black-framed windows, gas fireplaces, warm-toned, wide-plank flooring, and more luxurious touches.
The Calacatta-style countertops; the interplay of shiplap-finish carpentry and heritage-inspired Shaker cabinets — each is a subtle, yet indispensable thread in an artfully woven interior tapestry.
Limestone floor tiles, thoughtfully installed in a herringbone pattern, cover the floor and continue seamlessly into the curbless shower enclosure. On the vanity wall, a smaller, matching tile design sits behind stunningly framed and lit mirrors, completing the unbroken lines of the room. Enjoy the comfort of programmable Nuheat radiant floors.
