Amenities at Impressions
The roof of the podium will have a landscaped outdoor amenity for residents which includes a pool, hot tub, barbeque area, gardening plots, dog run and children’s play space. Over 16,000 sq ft of indoor amenities also offer a gym, party room, and yoga studio.

Parking and Storage
A 4-level parkade will provide storage for 1,116 resident bicycles and parking for 1,063 vehicles, of which 712 are for residents and 11 are accessible. Bicycle maintenance rooms will include a repair stand, bike pump, and washing station. Office and retail tenants will also have end-of-trip facilities that feature change rooms, shower facilities, secure personal storage, and private bicycle lockers. At ground level, short-term racks will accommodate 106 resident visitor and 17 commercial bicycles.
