Amenities at Janda Tower
Resident amenities are located on the second and third floors. These include a meeting space, lounge, party room, clubhouse with kitchen, and a games room on the second floor. On the third floor will be a fitness centre, yoga/dance space, a media room, and a kids room with a kitchen.

Outdoor amenities consist of a large courtyard on the second floor that is divided into three sections. A north garden features an open lawn, curved paths, a forest play trail, and seating areas. A central patio has tables and chairs, while a south garden offers an exercise deck, an outdoor kitchen and dining area, and a lawn.
