Upon completion, these Willingdon Lands will consist of 17 mixed-use highrises from 14 – 20 storeys, four 22- to 25-storey landmark towers, and a series of low- to mid-rise, mixed-use buildings.

A total of 5,239 homes are to be built, of which 20% will be rental and 300+ will be non-market units. The remainder are leasehold strata residences.
