    These 3-storey triplex and quadplex homes will consist of six different 3-bedroom unit types with interior space from 1,550 to 1,780 sq ft. All residences will have both front and rear entries on the ground floor. The main level includes a living room and kitchen, each with access to a balcony. Bedrooms are located on the top storey and feature large windows for natural lighting and views.
