Developer Team for Living Midtown
PortLiving was stablished in 2003 by Port Capital Group Inc., a Vancouver-based investment firm that began by focusing on developing pioneering projects in well-located, yet underserved and overlooked neighbourhoods. They strive to create working and living environments that are sustainable, practical, and serve to strengthen the city’s identity through good design and thoughtful intent.

Caulfield Rock is a real estate investment and development company that focuses on multi-family and commercial real estate projects in Metro Vancouver. The company has established itself in East Vancouver communities, particularly in the Port Town, Commercial Drive, Strathcona, and Mount Pleasant neighbourhoods. Focused on development and rehabilitation of urban infill properties that are situated in amenity-rich and walkable locations, the company maintains a boutique nature — a small and highly detail-oriented team that pushes to do more with less across every aspect of the business.

Founded in 1983, Hudson Holdings is a Vancouver-based real estate development company specializing in commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. Hudson works closely with investors and landowners to achieve results that exceed expectations. Past work includes the Fairview Green townhomes and King Edward Green in the Cambie Corridor — both designed by W.T. Leung Architects.

Formosis Architecture (formerly Studio B Architects) is a boutique Vancouver design firm with expertise in complex commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects. For the past 20 years, the principals of Formosis have helped shape the landscape of sustainable architecture. Hands-on, flexible design in a collaborative environment, well-honed listening skills, and careful site analysis make Formosis an ideal collaborator.
