Amenities at Minoru Square
All amenity spaces will be located on the podium rooftop level. One 5,000-sq-ft indoor amenity will be shared between condominium owners and rental apartment tenants. Two other indoor spaces will be for the exclusive use of apartment tenants and condo owners, respectively. The latter will include a gym, party room, kitchen, and boardroom. Each of the indoor amenities will have direct access to the outdoor rooftop amenity that will act like a community park which includes a children’s play area and garden plots.
